Instructions
- Only proceed with workspace transfer when encountering the following issues:
- Unable to access the app
- No 4k credits on the web
- Other workspace-related issues
- After transferring the workspace, please perform the following steps:
- Please re-login to adobe.com/apps (WEB only, not the app), then choose "Join New Workspace"
- If the account on the website shows 4k credits, the team workspace is operating normally.
